By placing an order for physical hardware via mark-olt.de, operated by YAMPA SANDWICH, LLC, you accept these terms:

1. Hardware Functionality

The units are strictly physical, offline environments for data retention. YAMPA SANDWICH, LLC does NOT offer financial trading platforms, digital asset exchanges, or custody services. The product is sold "as-is" for local data security.

2. Liability Limits

YAMPA SANDWICH, LLC is not responsible for data loss due to physical damage to the hardware post-delivery, lost PIN codes, or compromised offline recovery phrases by the user.

3. Physical Warranty

Units are covered by a standard 24-month replacement warranty covering manufacturing defects under standard offline usage conditions.
